Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    • Email us at contactus@agulka.com with your order number and reason for return. Attach photos of the item if applicable.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
