Return Policy

  • You can return any item within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund exchange, or  store credit.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tag and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation number, when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. For which we need an opening video of the product to confirm that it was damaged during the transit.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at contactus@agulka.com to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  4. Shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your returned item meets all our requirements as mentioned above for the return and refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • In case of a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges may vary according to weight and distance. 

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will assist you in selecting a replacement piece. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • Please send as a mail on contactus@agulka.com and we will reach out to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge. We need an opening video of the product to confirm that it was damaged during the transit.
